Annual plans get their credits monthly, and unused plan credits don’t roll over. Upgrades — to a higher plan, or from monthly to annual — take effect now and start a new billing period: you get the new plan’s full monthly credits right away, unused credits from your old plan end, and you pay the new price minus a credit for the unused days of your old plan. Downgrades — to a lower plan, or from annual to monthly — and cancellations apply at the end of the period; your creatives are kept. Free credits left when you subscribe are replaced by your plan’s credits. Top-ups are one-time purchases: they never expire, are used after your plan’s credits, and stay usable if you move to Free.
